We are looking for an assistant debate coach to work with a competitive and internationally experienced high school debate team. This coach will not only work with the HTA speech and debate team, but will also help train coaches and students at other schools. Additionally, this assistant coach will take on a leadership role in our international speech and debate league (QSDA), working with the debate leagues in China and USA alike.

This position is for a debate coach with a humble heart who is willing to learn how to debate at an internationally competitive level and relay these skills to students. It is also for someone who wants to change the way debate is run in Kazakhstan, and open doors to prestigious international competitions. This position holds the possibility to take over managing QSDA in the future, sending Kazakhstani students to debate in the most prestigious competitions in China and USA.
