After graduating with a Bachelor of Music Education (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney in 2012, Hugh began his career working as a Music teacher in an Australian high school. He has now been teaching for over 8 years, and in this time has worked with school students of all ages, and taught across a broad range of subjects and curricula, including Music, English, EAL, general primary, personal development and project-based learning. In 2017, Hugh attended Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia), where he earned a Graduate Certificate of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Hugh has now spent over four years teaching in Central Asia, and in this time has worked in multiple schools in both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Hugh is also a passion advocate for animal rights and the environment.
